In terms of fat consumption, there’s not much difference. At best it’s a 1-2 pound difference for my size. But, total weight loss is higher in the duration of the hard dry. WebPreviously, my longest dry fast was 24 hours. (My longest water fast ever is 10 days.) So far, it has been easy. I did exercise both days and was thirsty afterwards but it passed. I worked 10 hours yesterday and 9 hours today with no problem (desk job). I am feeling okay, just a little tired.
