The EPA was satisfied that the Texas SIP revisions regarding Collin County were complete and approved the plan on November 29, 1994. This approval became effective January 30, 1995. Webdetailed analysis of the submitted revisions to the Texas SIP which are the subject of this proposed rulemaking. Our analysis indicates that the July 9, 2024, SIP revision was developed in accordance with the CAA and the State provided reasonable notice and public hearing. A.
